How Farnham PCN delivers Same Day Service...

Patients will need to contact their GP surgery either by telephone or e-consult. Your GP practice will respond as quickly as possible during their opening hours. Any request/e-consult is reviewed by a duty Clinician who will triage patients needs and then establish if the The Same Day Service is an appropriate service or not. Initial responses may be via online message or telephone, face-to-face or telephone consultation appointments will be arranged if needed.
