Our service aims to ensure that more patients have access to professional services in a timely manner. Providing the patient with a therapeutic and supportive environment to discuss their symptoms and concerns. Our Practitioner may also identify other avenues of support and aim to provide a smoother transition between these services.

How Farnham PCN delivers Mental Health Services...

Following a patients request, the GP Practice will determine the eligibility for the Mental Health service. If eligible, a patient is contacted to inform them of an appointment time with our Mental Health Practitioner at FICS for further assessment. Offering a 30-minute appointment to support a comprehensive review.
